Philadelphia Insurance Company has been in operation since 1962 and specializes in providing coverage for 501(c) Non-Profit organizations. Coverage is offered under a "flexible" Flexi Plus Five form that can include the following coverages: Directors & Officers Liability (lead coverage), Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Workplace Violence, and Internet Liability.

All coverage submissions will be evaluated on their own merits however, as a member of the Nonprofit Purchasing Group of Delaware a broadened coverage form has been created and will be included for each quotation.

To receive a quote, simply follow the link below and under the heading "Applications" complete the New Business Application for all sections you wish to have quoted and email the completed application to gburcham@arthurhall.com or Fax it to 610-436-9675. Coverage for the Directors & Officers section is required to initiate a policy.
